Community Discussion Forums:
This is our free support forum for our Open-Source users. We'll continue to answer questions and respond to suggestions as we did on our old support site.
For commercial users of our products, we now offer premium support! If you are a premium user, this will create a private ticket with us to answer your question.
As you've noticed, if an Open-Source user accidentally opens a "premium" ticket, it automatically closes. We also send an email explaining why and linking back to these community discussion forums.
