Why the new tickets in Zendesk support platform are created as Solved and closed for comments?

Hi,

Thanks for asking and we now offer two versions of support:

Community Discussion Forums:
This is our free support forum for our Open-Source users. We'll continue to answer questions and respond to suggestions as we did on our old support site.

Premium Support:
For commercial users of our products, we now offer premium support! If you are a premium user, this will create a private ticket with us to answer your question.

As you've noticed, if an Open-Source user accidentally opens a "premium" ticket, it automatically closes. We also send an email explaining why and linking back to these community discussion forums.

Thanks a lot for your support and patience as we work out this transition.

Hi,

Ok. Definitely support platform should not be available for non-premium users. If I'll find any bugs I understand I should report them here on the community board?
